  1. This reward card is for persons who are unemployed or who wants to earn an extra income.
  2. Not for persons under the age of 18 years
  3. Not for persons in a working environment and who are in a permanent job.
  4. This reward is to be used at your sole discretion and responsibility.
  5. This reward is not to infringe in your work ethics or code of conduct.
  6. This reward cannot be redeemed by anyone else accept for the registered card holder
  7. Rewards will only apply and qualify to those whereby work is contracted as per schedule table and with completed and signed sla (service level agreement).
  8. Each contract term is fixed and final, there will be no future commissions / rewards paid to any individual outside of the fixed terms that was agreed upon and signed at the inception, and should any client continues with our services after the fixed term agreed upon has expired.
  9. This reward is recognized as an incentive and at no time will it on constitute otherwise or violate any laws or bylaws.
  10. The intention of the reward program is to assist those that has the ability to refer potential clients who require our service.
  11. We totally reject any form of unscrupulous behavior to motivate a favorable outcome to Intaba vip security for personal gain and benefit.
  12. All persons using the benefit and these rewards do so at their own risk and consequence.
  13. If it is noted that such individuals has violated their business ethics or company policies such individuals will immediately disqualify themselves from their rewards program, and the company (intaba vip security), will not accept any business arising from such behavior and conduct at any time. During this rewards program (intaba vip security) at is sole discretion.
  14. This rewards does not constitute as any form of employment to intaba vip security at any time.
  15. Any amount exceeding r100 000.00 Will be paid in 2/3 parts and will be agreed upon in writing.
  16. The rewards can only be redeemed by the registered card holder.
  17. Payments for all contracts are once off and excluding the vat.
  18. All positive leads per member, we will call the client and set up appointments and if the client concludes within 2months then the member will get paid.
  19. If a client does not engage us within 6 month period after referral, then that lead (dead) and no commission will be paid after the 6months period for whatsoever reason unless you the member then concludes that contract and presents us with a sign sla, then only will you qualify to receive your rewards.
  20. All payments are made to the member after the first payment received by the client.
  21. We will not pay any third party only members will be rewarded. All arrangements between any member and 3rd party must be concluded integrally and amicably,
  22. We reserve the right to do business with any member or 3rd party at any given time.
    23 Members will only qualify for a reward benefit once a signed sla, between the client and the company is in place.
  23. Payments will be made to the member via cash or eft and not o any third party, family member or friend unless agreed upon between the member and company in writing. 3rd partiesan join and become members should they wish to at any given time, outside of and only any current special arrangements made between the member and the 3rd party is concluded.
  24. Non disclosure
    By signing this document, you the reward member / card holder acknowledges and agree to keeping the company information growth strategies, plans, or any information of the company private and confidential and at no time would divulge any ideas, trade secrets, growth plans etc. to any individual or other companies.
  25. Restraint of trade
    The reward member / card holder is restrained from conducting any business with any person / client that he or she and referred to the company during and after his or her business is concluded with the company intaba vip security and after his or her benefits are paid to
    said member. Any form of colluding, interfering with any contract work derived by such member, is a violation to these conditions and such member will be in breach of our verbal or written agreement which can result in civil action being taken again such member or person.
  26. Tip challenge consent (target initiate program) the purpose of the tip challenge is to motivate and encourage members to progress in this program via winning cash gifts and entering competitions for their own benefit.
  27. I consent the company intaba vip security to present my testimonial on its Website and advertising platforms.
